New Lily shows QR code and ESN number but no Hello screen

Hello, I am from Austria, Linz and bought a refurbished Garmin Lily Sport from Amazon. I can`t start the watch, because I can only see an QR-Code and an ESN Number. What can I do?

Hi, I have just been shipped my Lily watch (yesterday) and it’s showing the same thing. I connected it to power and all it showed me was the ESN and barcode, no ‘hello’ screen. When I swipe left / right there are some activities but that’s it. I don’t know how to get out of it. Please could you help?
