New Lily shows QR code and ESN number but no Hello screen

I just bought a Lily. Battery is charged, but screen only shows a QR code (which cannot be read) and an ESN number. Hello or start screeen is not shown. Any ideas what to do ?

Hello, 
 the solution is, to send the Garmin Lily to Garmin Office in your Country. 
 If you chat with the Serviceline on the Website, you get a Return Label with the address. I get new watch. It was easy and was a super service. I wish you much success.
