New Lily shows QR code and ESN number but no Hello screen

I just bought a Lily. Battery is charged, but screen only shows a QR code (which cannot be read) and an ESN number. Hello or start screeen is not shown. Any ideas what to do ?

Hi, I have just been shipped my Lily watch (yesterday) and it’s showing the same thing. I connected it to power and all it showed me was the ESN and barcode, no ‘hello’ screen. When I swipe left / right…

What should we do? Some things say restore factory defaults but I can’t even get screen working?

Just return the watch. Needs to be replaced. You cannot restore this yourself.
