New Lily shows QR code and ESN number but no Hello screen

I just bought a Lily. Battery is charged, but screen only shows a QR code (which cannot be read) and an ESN number. Hello or start screeen is not shown. Any ideas what to do ?

Hi, I have just been shipped my Lily watch (yesterday) and it’s showing the same thing. I connected it to power and all it showed me was the ESN and barcode, no ‘hello’ screen. When I swipe left / right…

Thank you. The unit was replaced by Garmin Australia. New one works perfectly.

Hello, I am from Austria, Linz and bought a refurbished Garmin Lily Sport from Amazon. I can`t start the watch, because I can only see an QR-Code and an ESN Number. What can I do?

Hello,

the solution is, to send the Garmin Lily to Garmin Office in your Country.

If you chat with the Serviceline on the Website, you get a Return Label with the address. I get new watch. It was easy and was a super service.
