Calories from an activity not added to total calories burned

Today I recorded a ride with my edge 1040 and burned abou 1k calories but are not added to the total calories count. Also at my Fenix 7 the activity does not appears.

There are many threads of reporting this problem.
But they don't know how to fix it :D
