    1. My group in Facebook has a page for all the compatable map links for our watches in out announcements section...country specific too... and more detailed than the standard inbuilt garmin maps.

    Fair enough but you're unlikely to get it resolved here. I've always had a prompt response when I've emailed Garmin. If you're not getting a reply what email address are you using? There are also Twitter and Facebook pages that you could try. Again…

    lines appear ONLY on print setup/preview form, thats the whole point i'm trying to make! There are no lines in the actual map, thats exactly why i don't need these fake lines

    Garmin does not own the maps they are using.
    The maps are owned by a company formerly known as Navtex.
    Garmin has a license for limited use, it seems exporting the maps is not included.

    Ah! I see roads! So they are showing in preview just not when on the map screen under an activity. You are saying this is normal though right? Your maps then show up when you land in North America?
