Zumo 660 cannot unlock maps

I've had the Zumo since shorlty after it became available last year. However, I was loading a new route this week and everything appeared ok. When I went to turn the Zumo on to enjoy my route, I got a "Cannot unlock Maps." At first when I did a preview of my route, it displayed straight lines to each of my waypoints. I went through the steps of Importing the new routes, and the routes looked correct on preview. But every time I turn my Zumo on I still get the "Cannot unlock maps". What happend? More importantly, how do I fix it?

    Oops

    Had a senior moment and discovered my mistake. It helps if you load route map data with the most current mapping program that the GPS is using. I was using a 2009 version instead of the 2010.

    Have the same problem,
    do you mean that you use differents maps on your pc and you zumo device ?
    So, wat's the solution ?
