Can you please explain what you mean by "back to normal"? Do you mean the battery drain has continued or that the update has solved the battery drain issue and watch is now back to normal?
Only battery drains after a FW upgrade has been reporting for years, and here the solution is quite easy. Just turn off the device, wait 10 seconds before turning it on and the huge battery drain is gone.
