Battery Drain after vesrion 2.50

I updated my Venu sq to version 2.50 and now the battery is draining significantly faster than before.

Previously the battery will drain after 5 days or more..

Now, after updating to 2.50, the battery is at drained almost completly after 24 hours. And without the use of gps or activity recording.

Anyone else experiencing this also?

Is your watch display now suddenly on "Always On" mode, as in it's dimmed but now always visible? That's what has happened to both my Venu SQ devices, as detailed here: https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/healthandwellness/f/venu-sq/257243/display-timeout-stuck-on-always-on-after-activity-with-v2-50

If that's the case, a restart of the watch will fix it and your battery will last as long as it used to. But watch out for this to happen again after any activity.

No is not in Älways On mode. And after the update i have not record any activity. But I restarted it anyway to see what will happen.
