My guess is that the distance is too short. You logged only 16 km, but 10 miles is 16.1 km. Do an edit and set the distance to 16.1 km and see if you get the badge.

Looked at the map - a short distance.
This makes sense. A workout won't give you significant VO2 max benefit unless you're pushing above lactate threshold effort, and you can't do that over anything other than short distances.
Short distances' times are close. Maybe not enough data for marathon yet, it should get better fit after more runs.
