Navigate + Use Map is limited to very short Distances

Navigate by picking a Location in a distance on the Map seems to be limited to a radius of 20-30 kilometers of air distance. On longer distances, the route calculation remains in status "Calculating" but never finishes (Firmware 9.37)

It is normal behavior due to the number of points and calculation required. For creating a longer course, you will need to use either your Connect Mobile APP or Connect web:

Hi Chris, I never had these issues with my fenix 5 which calculated 50 kilometers and longer routes easily. The Enduro is an expedition watch, right? It should do more than just calculate the route for a short walk.

Yes, Enduro was built for long trips, and hence the power consumption is its main focus. For this reason the CPU is underclocked, and therefor less performant. I recommend splitting the course into two or more smaller parts.

I suggest that Garmin should fix the problem. The Edge 1040 devices have similar issues.
