Navigation Error - No Routable Roads then Reboot

During a long run (Ultra Run Activity), had scrolling on and turned on "back to start" navigation 3/4 of the way through the run.

At some point the watch threw an error that said "Navigation Error, there are no routable roads in this area" and then rebooted.

The activity came back up after reboot as paused. Continued the activity but the auto scroll no longer was working. Then a short time later, same error and reboot again. I turned off navigation after the 3rd reboot along with autoscroll. Then tried pressing "rest time" lap button, and the watch rebooted again, the rest button no longer worked with the activity.

The activity uploaded without issue to both Garmin and Strava and after testing ultra run again right now with navigation and the rest button, there are no issues.

Anyone notice anything like this besides the Spotify reboot after they installed 25.11? I have noticed battery is draining much faster than usual but not by a massive amount. Maybe 3-4 days less on a charge than I was getting before.

Battery drain on Enduro 2 after 25.11 firmware?

Since the new firmware update, I already had to charge it twice! Ever since I bought it, I only charge it once a month or so. Am I the only one experiencing this? Any hope of getting it back to at least 28 days?

Enduro 2 Resetting

Ever since the 25.11 update, my Enduro 2 has been randomly resetting (both during activity and not) when try to skip a song on Spotify using my earbuds. This doesn't happen when skipping songs using the watch buttons. I've tried two different pairs of ear buds, reset the watch, and reinstalled Spotify. Can anyone else think of anything else to try? Thanks.

Ever since the 25.11 update my Enduro 2 has been resetting randomly, both during activities and not, when skipping forward on Spotify via my earbuds or when a song ends and moves to the next song. This doesn't happen when skipping forward using the watch button. So far I've tried resetting the watch, re-pairing the earbuds, reinstalling Spotify, and trying different earbuds (Bose QCE (2024) and Anker Space A40) to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue or have any other ideas on how to fix it? Thanks.

Suggestion for indoor swimming (pool)

I chose Enduro 2 because it's my watch, but the suggestion is valid for all Garmins that have pool activities. This is a suggestion for indoor swimming (pool).

Similar to running on a treadmill, why not have the option to change the swimming distance at the end of pool activities, before recording the activity on the watch?

Batterie qui ne tient plus que 4 jours

J'ai acheté une Garmin Enduro 2 neuve il y a 7 mois en grande partie pour l'autonomie de la batterie.
La batterie fonctionnait très bien jusqu'à il y a quelques semaines, 3 semaines environ avant de devoir recharger ce qui était très bien.
Maintenant la batterie ne tient plus que 4/5 jours soit une perte de 20% par jour et cela sans rien faire, aucune activité et une bonne partie des fonctions désactivé widgets, wifi, oxy, tactile, rétroéclairage, etc ......
J'ai aussi effectué un reset d'usine qui n'a rien changé à part me faire perdre toutes mes données sur la montre.

Je vais donc essayer un cycle de charge et décharge complète avec cette manipulation que j'ai trouvé en fouillant sur les avis/conseils à propos des batteries Garmin.

L' indicateur de batterie est décalibré . Chargez complètement la montre et laissez-la branchée pendant une heure supplémentaire après qu'elle ait affiché 100 %. Débranchez-la ensuite, synchronisez-la et effectuez la réinitialisation (maintenez le bouton Lumière enfoncé pendant 30 secondes maximum jusqu'à l'arrêt de la montre, et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant toute la durée de la notification d'urgence, le cas échéant). Rassurez-vous, aucune donnée ni aucun paramètre ne sera perdu lors de la réinitialisation (contrairement à une réinitialisation aux paramètres d'usine) ! Une fois la montre éteinte, attendez environ 10 secondes, puis rallumez-la. Utilisez-la jusqu'à ce qu'elle se décharge complètement et s'éteigne. Ce processus devrait recalibrer l'indicateur de batterie. Dans certains cas, il peut être nécessaire de répéter le cycle de charge et de décharge complet deux fois afin de rétablir le calibrage.

I do not want create account on Garmin Connect. I do not use Garmin Express and G. Connect.

How to update and refresh Garmin training load when an activity has been deleted?

My son rode on Zwift on my account and his high heart rate led to a 500 point training load increase. Even after having deleted the activity, training load score still remians above 1,000. Does anyone know a way to refresh Trainig load once an activity has been deleted? I use that metric everyday and it would take days of no activities for it to go back to normal level, Also it throws out all other metrics like training readiness, sleep etc... Can anyone help?

Hi everyone, I'm using an Edge and switched to the Enduro 2 to have a single watch for both running and cycling. I wanted to ask if it was possible to increase the intensity during a structured workout (on TP) like you can on the Edge. Thanks.

Is altimeter broken?

In the past month, every 2 or 3 activities the altimeter goes crazy and shows abnormal elevations. My terrain is basically flat, maybe 5 meters total. I rinsed the sensor opening with warm water but that doesn’t help. Below are some examples of how it looks. The worst part is that because of this it doesn’t show the correct distance and prevents me from doing accurate training. Is the sensor broken? Is it possible to disable the altimeter and have the watch calculate elevation based on GPS? Issue occurs on 22.06 and 23.18 firmware version.

Is there any workaround to disable altimeter? I find it frustrating that on a 5 km route, these changes in elevation can add as much as 100-200 metres to the final distance, skewing the averages.

1- Walking and Hiking Activity: The time spent in zone 4 (threshold) is not counted as anaerobic,

but only the time spent in zone 5 (max) is counted as anaerobic, which is abnormal.

2- Frequent untimely restarts when walking or hiking with GPS.

Hello,

I regularly upload a gpx to my Enduro2.

But sometimes I would like to start from the "finishing" point and run to the "starting" point.

Problem is I am always "off course" and the indication of next turning point not ok.

Is there a way I can switch the "starting" point with the "finishing” point ?

Delete all saved locations on Enduro 2

How can I delete all saved locations on an Enduro 2 watch, in one batch, without having to delete them one-by-one?

A step-by-step instruction would be highly appreciated, since the vague hints like "delete the folder" or "use Garmin Explorer" do not work on the Enduro 2.

Download Topoactive map does not work

Hi all,

after days of battling to download the Europe (west?) Topoactive maps on my enduro 2, I give up and reach out to your support.

I have tried all the previous solutions given here in the forum (deleting garminadvice.xml file, restart watch, redownload Garmin express...) but same results.

When deleting all existing files marked as "queued", when upload show up again and I plug in my watch, the download starts at 30% !!!! how is that possible??

Then, when reaching 9x% (maybe 100% not sure), it jumped back to 30% again, and again...

Could you please explain step by step what is required here? I urgently needs map for an upcoming event.

Confirm pin matches on device

Enduro 2. When watch is out of reach of phone Bluetooth(or phone Bluetooth is turned off) the watch continues to display “confirm PIN matches on device” every 10 seconds or so..

Don’t always run with phone and the watch keeps displaying to confirm PIN.

Garmin GPS Low Accuracy Mode In Firmware 21.19

I use a Stryd footpod together with my Enduro 2. Because I get pace and distance data from the footpod, I set the GPS on the Enduro 2 to Low Accuracy to conserve battery.

I upgraded to the latest stable firmware (version 21.19) a few days ago and I noticed that GPS in Low Accuracy mode is now worse compared to before (version 17.28). For example, I now see a lot of zigzags in most of my runs (see also here), and sometimes, it even says I stopped at a place I didn't.

Yes, I am aware this is Low Accuracy mode, but it used to be much better. This is an example of how it used to look along the same path. I wonder if someone else uses GPS in Low Accuracy and have been noticing something similar and if there's a way to improve it while still using low battery ?
