Since your Vivoactive3 also had a problem, I feel maybe your access point is the suspect. Did you try connecting to a different AP? Temporarily set up a hotspot and see if the watch can connect and exchange data?

4.04 plugin was missing, but it doens t fix the issue.

1- the fact that the simulator need FNT_006B370300_XLARGE.cft
2- the fact that the file FNT_006B370300_XLARGE.cft is not in my 'fonts' directory
Have you restarted both eclipse and the sim? Do you have the 4.0.4 plugin for eclipse?
You need to enable physio true up on both devices
I have Di2 dropouts but not so frequent - maybe once in 5 og 10 minutes. Sometimes all sensors drop out, sometimes only Di2.
After a few rides i disabled Di2, as removing and re-pairing didn't work.
Today i enabled Di2 and disabled all unused sensors…
