Any idea on how much longer we have to mess around with this?

Our engineers have identified some known concerns with the touchscreen, including the touchscreen not responding occasionally after sleep or nap periods, or the occasional failure…

Any update on the issue? Its such a basic and important feature. It not getting fixed feels like i got a €50,- step counter instead of a fenix 8. It blows my mind this hasn’t been fixed yet or even acknowledged…

I was chatting with support on Friday (11-April) and he didn't have a timeline, in fact they are not aware of this, which is very annoying since there are several threads on the same problem. I tried to get the instructions to downgrade to 13.31, where I didn't have any problems, but apparently that is impossible to do. The support agent suggestion was to join the beta program, apparently there's a beta release with this fixed. Which makes it even more annoying, 13.35 was released on March-6th, more than a month ago and we still do not have a fix.
Some companies don't acknowledge a bug. Apple is another company that doesn't acknowledge their bugs by their support. They just shrug their shoulders and wait for the dev's to release an update that addresses the issue.

They are anticipating having these resolved with a future software update release mid-May.
If you are having trouble with the touchscreen, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. If you are seeing this issue occurring randomly throughout the day (as opposed to after sleep) or are not using a shortcut for the touchscreen when this occurs, I would love to help investigate this further. I will reach out to you via Private Message to collect the details of this experience.
Can the shot tracking be looked at on the golf app?it has stopped working properly on the latest beta update.

I have the same issue. It occurs random; Touch stops working. A restart sometimes resolves the issue, sometimes not.
I currently have the same problems with my Fenix 8 OLED 51mm issue, and I can't deal with it at all.
