Has the developer described whether the watchface has always on seconds ? Is there a setting for this in the settings of the connect IQ app? If not, you should contact the developer of the respective watchface directly to clarify this.

Literally every single watchface from garmin released within the last year on the CIQ store have disappearing seconds. So pick one.
