Disable the current ANT+ connection then do another Sensor search and you should see and be able to pair your HRM with Bluetooth.
So is it not possible to disable running power without losing other metrics? I like running dynamics data, but really don't care about power which is inaccurate and only destroys my TSS in Training Peaks (or I need to change manually from TSS to rTSS for each activity). I think that Garmins power is much higher than it should be (when I compare it with my bike power measured by bike power meter) and e.g. today went totally nuts and calculated me average of over 3500W during my run which of course created insane TSS, insane calories etc.
So really looking for some way how to disable it :(
You could use fitfiletools.com. It‘s a long way but it works. 1st: export your activity (original .fit
file) 2nd on fitfiletools choose Field Stripper and select power. Export the new .fit file. 3rd import it on garmin connect (only works if you delete the original one first). File will then be synced with TP. 4th on TP delete old one and keep the newest.
for me it works well.
The new alpha firmware solves this problem
did you not follow the pretty simple and thorough step by step guide provided by stryd?

I confirm. It works perfectly taking power from my stryd instead.
Great! That will keep Stryd users happy - thanks for confirming!
