That usually happens when you power down the watch while it is performing the firmware update, and it does not matter how old the device is.

You may need to reinstall the firmware. Have a look at the following post for the instructions (never mind that it is for another model, and a different problem):

thanks, the link you provided does take my watch to developer mode but there's no option to reinstall the software in there.

I'll try ring support today and see if they can help

All functions besides blue tooth stuff work fine so seems to be a software issue.

i can go back and forward with 26 and 26.86 beta but both tell me bt/ant is installing but stays as 0.00 every time.

Hello, did you find any fix? I’m having the same issue with my Fenix 6x pro. (ANT/BLE/BT: 0.00). I’ll appreciate any help. 

Hi, unfortunately not.

They did try removing the folder as my watch could connect to the computer amd garmin connect. 

It didn't fix it tho, fortunately for me they covered the issue and sent me a replacement
