Battery drain after 26.00

Automatically updated to version 26.00 mid week, now experiencing significant battery drain 2% per hour. Soft reset three times, no improvement. Charged to 100% yesterday at 2pm EST and now at 56%, at 11 EST … and only did a 5km run.

Before I could get 5-6 days per charger and that is with running 1 hour per day. Pulse OX always off, turned off ABC.

Looks like I’ll get 2 days per charge now … working perfect until 26.00

    Same with my F6X pro. Battery drain went up from 0,2%/h to 0.7%/h in short term use. Nothing changed except software...

    My battery went from 100% to 20% in 3 days with battery saver enabled....I basically didn't use the watch nor did I have it on my wrist most of the time. Battery should last 42 days in battery saver mode. Garmin, can you provide the previous firmware ASAP?

    I'm shocked at how long Garmin has been stuck with battery and altimeter issues! After long suffering and constant attempts with different installations of many sw up to sw 25.10 thanks to sharing sw here on the forum for which I thank you very much, so I finally installed the oldest sw 11.10 that I found here on the forum and since then I have peace with everything and especially the battery keeps the capacity again as it should ! Once again thank you very much for sw sharing, and if anyone has the possibility to share sw 9.xx and 10.xx for F6x pro I would also be grateful. I keep my fingers crossed for you all that the battery problems do not bother you anymore .

    This is exactly the archive I wrote about, that I use and I used the mentioned sw 11.10 from it. It has helped me a lot and I highly recommend it to everyone. But the oldest sw in this archive is 11.10, and I should if anyone would be interested in sharing their older sw for 6xpro maybe some one else has a version of sw 9.xx or 10.xx.

    Will these work for fenix 6s pro too? 
    I’ve done a soft and factory reset and my battery is still draining in less than 24hours and the buttons now seem to have a 10sec or so lag before they respond.
    It’s so frustrating and Garmin really need to get their act together and give us either a new update or advice as effectively their ‘update’ has made my watch pretty much useless Rage

    Garmin clearly don’t read the forums. They claim they are not aware of this issue. I’ve now raised a ticket. Will pass on reference once I have it to allow others to add to it

    I think i found some solution. Yesterday during charging i pushed light button till power off and after 1-2 min i powered my watch on. Left it till 100% charge and since then (~24h) i lost 6%. It's still ~0,3% per hour, but it's better than 0,7%...

    Important!
    1. Plug your watch to normal outlet - not PC/Laptop/Other.
    2. Do not disconnect power plug during restarting your watch. After boot up you should see your normal watchface, not the charging one (radar style charging % face).

    I just bought the Fenix 6s pro.. it updated to V26.00 battery drains very quickly, can not get 24 hours out of it.  Had to charge is 3 times yesterday.  I also have the Fenix 5 and can easily get 4-5 days out of it.  SO I KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY NEW WATCH.  Thinking of sending it back not Happy at all
