GPS wrong location

Hi. For months we have been aware of the problem of the wrong position that the Garmin provider offers us.

Since you say it's been like this for months, I assume your watch is defective.
You can try hard resetting it and if that doesn't help, contact support.

Best thing is to follow Farron's advice, in addition, and depending on your location, it may help to change GPS settings (GPS + Galileo, GPS only, GPS + Glonass). Satellite coverage can be viewed here: https://galmon.eu/, but such long-time outages basically don't happen.

Do you try to update it, synchronise it thru Garmin Express on computer?

 I don't think the watch is faulty as I only have these location problems when I'm not using the device for a sports activity. I notice this using a non-native watch face where I can display the name of the current location. And I already tried to do a hard reset but I didn't fix..

Sorry, i don't understand what you mean..?

This sounds like a 3rd party watchface issue. You should contact the developer of your watchface. 

I had read somewhere that it was a problem due to the Garmin Connect application sending the wrong data to the watch on the location. Possible?

Anyway no, my nearest station is where I live, I know the stations around it being passionate about meteorology. The problem is that it connects to stations 20/30 km further away from the correct one, to which it connected until a few weeks ago..
