Hard reset (how to)

How to do a hard reset that lets the watch forget everything?

As of today Fenix 6x pro can not get a GPS fix. I tried all sorts of resets to get the watch as fresh as possible and start all over again. The watch seems to find old data that is somewhere stored apparendly (like vo2 max, step goal).

How to do a complete reset?

(Tried all ready through the menus and with the buttons...)

There is another method (non-vol memory reset I think it's called):
1. Power down the watch.
2. Power on and as soon as you see the triangle press and hold top and bottom right together.
3. Release top right…

There is another method (non-vol memory reset I think it's called):

Power down the watch.
Power on and as soon as you see the triangle press and hold top and bottom right together.
Release top right on first beep.
Release bottom right on second beep.

Please can you assist. I have a Garmin Phoenix 6X which has stopped counting my steps. I have done a soft reset and a hard reset which is not correct the problem. How am I able to fix this in order for my watch to start counting my steps?

Me está pasando los mismo con mi fenix 6 pro ,no está funcionando bien el gps ,algunos tramos no los mide o la velocidad .
