Just noticed that my battery consumption is roughly doubled after the 24.10 version was pushed to my Fenix 6X Pro Solar. With 24.00 my average battery usage was ~0.2 % per hour and now with 24.10 its ~0.38% per hour. I'm currently charging the watch so I will restart it after it have been fully charged. Then look if the problem persists or not.

Yes, exactly. And you probably need to be a member of the beta program to enable the hourly logging. Or, install secure_config.gcd according to the beta information. Information is found here:
Same. I was getting 4 days battery with 24.00, now down to 3 days with 24.10. I don't use the watch anymore, just keep checking to see if Garmin will ever fix the issue, but it seems that they don't care…
Did a new 56 hour test with 24.10 and now its all good again for me. Averaging ~0.165% per hour over that time period. But, no activities recorded this time. So, recharging to 100% and then a restart seems…

So, recharging to 100% and then a restart seems to have sorted the issues for me. Now, its time for alpha 24.77. Will be back after some more tests. The battery level might have some impact on this. It looks like the battery usage increases when the battery level is lower.

I chime in. Never had any battery problems, but with the update to 24.10 battery life has completely degraded. I get around 2-3 days less out of a full charge compared to 24.00.
I observed that at the end of the charging cycle, the percentage jumps quite fast to 100% while before it took a rather long time to charge the last percentages to that level. And once unplugged, it falls to 99% within 15 minutes.
For me it seems as if the charging capacity was deliberately reduced by software via this firmware update. I think Garmin wants us to buy new watches - but I won't. A 1000$ investment should be worth at least for 5 years I think.
