My fenix 6 records intensity minutes each day during my 10km (or similar) run, which I can view in my Garmin Connect. I have been running consistently every day for over 2 months. However, my fitness age has stopped incorporating these in its calculations, saying my four week average of vigorous days are 0 days per week. My 'fitness age' has recently increased, recommending that I increase the number of vigorous days
Why is in not counting the exercise that I am already doing, particularly as these minutes ARE being noted elsewhere in Garmin Connect. Each exercise activity is over 30 minutes (usually around an hour) . Today, for example, I had a very active day, with 62 moderate and 95 vigorous minutes, >> 252 min total after the app does its calculations. The fitness age calculator, however, still notes 0 vigorous days.
Why?
Thanks.
