Hi everyone, my fenix 6X sapphire crashed yesterday afternoon after the storm alert came on. The screen turned white and the symbols stopped making sense.
I....
1) Did a soft reboot.
2) Hard reboot.
3) Tried updating software and the watch wasn’t even recognized.
4) The few times I was able to restarted to "factory settings" it brought up a Tactix watch face and the buttons did not work.
5) Some times it gets stuck on loading maps and stays there indefinitely .
Any ideas while the folks in Garmin support come back from holyday?
