Was an independent Fitness Age widget (not the V02 max measurement) supposed to be on the Fenix 6 Pro after the recent update. Only had the watxh 10 days, wondering if I have missed toggling something.

If you bought Fenix 6 you, automatically, are 20 years old! (c) Garmin, 2019
I read somewhere, that advanced fitness age is available for the Forerunner 945, but not the Fenix.
At last, Garmin have updated their support document to include the compatible devices:
…Mine went from 32 or so to 55.5. I'm 66. But the interesting thing is it says I've reached my 'achievable fitness age'. Does that mean I can't get better? Wouldn't a higher VO2 max lower it? I'm currently…
Is it possible to see your fitness age on the F6 or only in the App?
I have 12.5% bodyfat regarding to the Index 1. And my abs are absolutely not visible……..As i said before, the weight is ok for weight, bmi and push all the meaninigless numbers to GC.
No, only on GC app.
I also have the first version Index and usually hover around BMI 21. When I drop below that, even my bone mass changes so I must be very unique. Further, if I set my activity class correctly all those numbers change way too much, so I keep it at 7 (instead of 8). Only Weight and BMI are ok, still nice to have those two pushed automatically into GC.
What changes do you see with the class 8 to 7 switch? I average 5.5 days vigorous exercise a week according to Garmin, so I put myself in as an 8 .
Roughly; body fat increases from 7% to 10%, bone mass drops from 5kg to 4.8kg and water drops from 70% to 65%. At least it looks slightly better at class 7. ;)
So body fat increases that much if you change from an 8 to a 7? What happens to the historical data when you switch back and forth?
Yes, it does that every time and I haven't noticed any changes in historical data.
