Fenix 6X Pro No Wi-Fi Networks Found 16.60

Same as on 16.30, now on 16.60 Wi-Fi does not connect no matter what.

Garmin, can you please fix this, I can no longer use Music services.

After searching for Wi-Fi networks, and get the infamous "No Wi-Fi Networks Found" or the watch gets disconnected from the phone via bluetooth and need to restart the watch, or watch freezes with the wi-fi searching screen and also have to do a force restart of the watch.

Please fix asap.

The Wi-Fi version should show version 2.60. If there is anything odd in that field, the Wi-Fi software is likely corrupted and the cause of the Wi-Fi no longer working if it did work fine before.

This sounds like a hardware issue I'm afraid. Esp if the Bluetooth stop working and you have to restart your watch. I would contact Garmin via the official support channels and talk it through with them, I'm sure they'll say the same thing (hardware issue)

yep, such a bummer, could definitely be a hardware issue, no matter if factory reset it, same.

I'll call Garmin tomorrow to get a replacement since I am still under warranty.

Have you looked to see what WHR and BT versions you have?

I'd suggest there is something awry with the Wi-Fi software version. I don't have one to hand but I don't think the Wi-Fi version is correct. If you can get hold of the last beta/RC version you could try installing the Wi-Fi software separately.

If you are looking to get a replacement then you have nothing to lose by doing a full reset:

Press top left
Immediately press and hold top and bottom right
Release top right on first beep
Release bottom right on second beep

This will completely reset your watch.

Even though I’ve got Tactix delta solar, the hardware is similar I believe. My wifi is 2.60 and it’s working fine
