Hi all,
I've purchased a brand new Fenix 6 Pro and for some unknown reason, I'm facing issues with notification about an incoming call. Sometimes the incoming call is visible only manually when I go to notifications (but you have to know that someone is calling to recognize that) and even if the notification of an incoming call is recognized and my watch starts vibrating, the option to decline the call with a predefined message is missing and I can only either decline or accept the call...
I haven't found the reason why sometimes the notifications work and sometimes not...Notifications are turned on for both "During an Activity" and "Not During an Activity", smart notifications for the Connect app in "Notification access settings" are enabled, battery optimization for the Connect app is also disabled (as it was recommended for OnePlus Android phones...).
It's pretty annoying that I have to rather pick up my phone to check who's calling instead of using my Fenix on my wrist...declining the calls with predefined messages is quite an important and handy feature for me due to the number of calls I'm receiving every day when I'm in the office and can't take them during the meetings I have at the same time...
I've switched from Samsung Gear S3 to Fenix because of its superb battery life but this issue makes me very frustrated and sets serious limits for the use of the watch in the office...I've never experienced such issues with incoming call notifications on my Samsung watch for half price compared to my Fenix 6 Saphire.
Any advice on how to fix this will be appreciated, thanks!
