Stopped getting running dynamics from HRM-RUN and HRM-Dual

I have a 6X Pro Solar on 12.20. I no longer get running dynamics after runs when using either of the HRM-RUN or HRM-Dual. HR works fine.

Weirdly enough, there no such issue when wearing the HRM-Pro...any suggestions?

I also have connection issues with my HRM-RUN since 12.20. Already replaced battery, but nothing seems to help.

todays session.... just unbelievable....850€ for so many disconnections...

the same for me, absolutely not possible to pair my HRM run with my new Fenix 6. Garmin support does not help me either ! I replaced the battery as well. I wonder if I don't need to purchase the HRM Run Pro ??
