Stopped getting running dynamics from HRM-RUN and HRM-Dual

Which HRM-RUN do you have? If it’s the separate module it should have a running man logo for running dynamics. No running dynamics from HRM-Dual anyway.

Interesting, wasn't aware that HRM-DUAL isn't meant to have running dynamics.

HRM-RUN does have the running man logo and was providing RD data just fine. Might have to contact Garmin about this.

Replaced it a few months ago and works fine with my Wattbike Atom. Weird stuff 

I have disconnections with my own HRM RUN since 12.20...new battery, wrist hr set to off always. Is your HRM RUN with blue ot black pads from the inside?

Are you definitely getting heart rate from your HRM-RUN to your Wattbike? Have you checked the connection between watch and HRM-RUN in Sensors and Activities? Are the connections between the sensor module and the strap clean? The straps on the HRM-RUN do deteriorate over time. I have replaced mine a couple of times over the years.

I would suggest you try a replacement battery even it is not very old.

Yeh- getting a great connection when using the Wattbike. Might try another battery replacement just in case.

I did get RD recorded but with large gaps in the data. I see I am not the only one getting this..
