ok..first off the new features are Amazing.
They combine (in theory) your daily stress, sleep, workout stress (running, bike and even strenght) your daily activities and crunchs the numbers in real time to give you:
1. Recovery hours (more precise and changes if your are not recovering or are stressed)
2. Live body battery
3. Tells you: do this or that or dont do anything...
Ok...that means you need to keep it on during sleep because sleep is the 1 indicator of recovery (hrv...ANS..etc.)
I own an oura ...
Yesterday bodybattery went up to 61 only and I still have 42 hours to recover from workouts and stress.
I get a 79 sleep score...seems ok.and it says relax...no workout
Now I open the oura...thinking lets see how the compare
88 readiness and 87 sleep
Oura says...go for it you are on fire...????
Who is right...should I sleep with a strap?
