Can't add revolut card to Garmin Connect (5 minutes ago I paid with the old revolut card)

Hi, I erased the revolut working card to use a new one, but when I tried to add this new Revolut Card garmin connect says that this bank is not working with GPAY. I erased cache and data, install and reinstall Garmin Connect, join and un-join the fenix 6 pro, but always the same message.

I have the same problem, Garmin says "check your produt with bank..." many people use garmin pay with visa revolut... after ransomware garmin have very problems... it is possible more one.

After 3 days talking with revolut, revolut has confirmed that new cards aren't supported in garminpay, so I downgrade to the old card and works perfect.

Try creating a revolut virtual card in the app. You can try either a Visa or Mastercard one

Yeah. I had a load of problems with the original card. But having a virtual card is a nice security measure as it can be easily closed etc :)!

Any tips, I can’t get the virtual or real card to work, it’s a visa type as seems only one available in UK. Says issuing bank does not support garmin pay

I have a Visa revolut card issued late 2021. Neither the physical card nor the virtual work with Garmin. Only Visa is available for me in Revolut, MC is not.Support of Garmin says the issue is being worked out with the bank, and support of Revolut says they are aware of the issue but not giving any estimated resolution time :(

SOLVED!

Contacted Revolut support via chat and asked them to issue me a virtual Master Card. Turned out that while I can only request a virtual Visa myself, their support can issue a MC and it worked with Garmin pay.
