Is there a way to see VO2 max estimate for each run?
I just had two terrible runs in a row ... high HR, slow etc (recovering from being sick) ... but my VO2 max is still the same like 5 weeks earlier when I was running well (or I should say better :-).
It looks like the VO2 max I get is some long time average, which kind of makes sense ... but is there a way to see what it would have been for those two terrible runs?
