Impossible to add bank card to Garmin Pay

I have owned a Garmin Fenix 6 pro since January. From the very first moment I used the Garmin Pay feature with my Revolut bank card. Recently my smartphone was no longer able to communicate with the watch and I had to reset and recreate the connection (this had already happened in the past). Now I should add my bank card again, so through the Garmin Connect app, I go to the Garmin Pay section and a message appears saying: "Your device does not support any card in this region".

The message is very clear but I don't understand how this is possible since I was using Garmin Pay until two days ago. Furthermore, since Revolut is supported and you can open a Revolut account basically everywhere in the world I think is useless to lock the opportunity to add a bank card based on location. I might live in a country without any bank supported by Garmin Pay but i still have the opportunity to own a Revolut account.

Anyone is facing the same issue? How we can solve it?

    If this is a regular Credit Card with available credit, it will work same as tap and pay with your physical card. Only reason I can imagine you will have to add funds is if this were a pre-paid card without an actual credit limit. When you say you used it, do you mean used the actual card? If so, all you will need to do is add it to your garmin pay

    Hi yes it's a pre paid card , didn't know revolut do credit cards , will investigate, I do t have any cards it likes if not....and I have a few Rofl

    Yea in that case, you will need available balance (add funds) Basically works similarly as tap and pay using the physical card. I had to get a card to work with Garmin Pay for the exact reason as none of the ones I had were compatible. Full list here : Garmin International | Garmin Pay<sup>&trade;</sup> Participating Banks

    I just created a brand new revolut account due to this and I'm still unable to add the credit card and configure the Garmin pay. It gives some error like "the emissor bank does not participate in Garmin pay". But revolut is in the supported list for Portugal... Can anyone help?

    I just had the same problem and solved it. As I can see Revolut Visa cards are not compatible with Garmin, and there is no way on the app, to create a virtual card MasterCard.

    You have to ask to the Revolut support on the chat, and they will create (for free) on your revolut account a MasterCard card, and it works! (at least for me :) )
