Garmin pay does not work on Fenix 6 sapphire

When you hold the watch to the terminal, after 10 seconds the terminal emits 3 signals and nothing else happens. It writes that it can not read the card.

Right, I'd recommend the following test...

(Though if you have a friend with an Android Phone, see if they can do the tap test and see if it does the same ... just tested on my wife's Android phone…

I reset to default settings and re-added the card through Garmin Connect APP. But the terminal did not see the watch (no reaction).

Ouch - not good ... May be worth doing a walk around your local town and testing a few different retailers perhaps... have you rebooted the watch?

Wouldn't think so, do you get the prompt to enter your PIN and the wallet icon after?

Try uninstalling GArmin Connect off your phone, reinstalling it after rebooting your phone and see if your card shows in Garmin Pay on the app?

Yes, I enter the password, after which a card appears with the text "hold the device..."

Do you have an android phone with NFC

I just noticed that if I activate GarminPay on my watch to that screen "Hold the device" and thn tap my phone over the watch - it says "New Tag collected" which looks like it means it can test if NFC in the watch is working

Right, I'd recommend the following test...

Open the Garmin Connect app on the phone

Remove the card from garmin pay if it's there

Sync your watch

Uninstall Garmin Connect

Reboot your phone

Re-install Garmin Connect

Login to Garmin Connect as usual

Setup your card in Garmin Pay

I have the same problem. Just stopped working for some reason, at the same time the watch/phone unpaired.

I have tried your Android test and there is some very light hepatic feedback but no register of a 'tag'.

Its a ballache but I am going to have to try your solution above.
