Weather Widget not Updating

I'm having a hard time getting my Fenix 6s to update weather information. I was able to fix this once by restarting my watch, but now when I try to get it to update I just get "waiting for data." I have location services on. Anyone else having this issue?

Wait for the watch FW to update to v10.10, that should do :) => Fixed an intermittent issue where the weather widget would fail to load data when connected to an iOS device.

Thanks for the info. I've just checked my FW and it's v9.0. I'm guessing the new version will be out soon? Do I just keep connecting to Garmin Express and wait for the update or is…

Hi Kylie, I am also having this problem with Fenix 6X on iOS. I had weather data earlier this week, now have none and can't get it updated.

Hi tuckerg33, that's right. You can expect the rollout to populate to 100% of devices within the next 4-5 days (if as per usual). It will happen automatically. If your watch is set to receive updates automatically, even connection to GCM (Garmin Connect Mobile) will do.

Yes indeed. 10.10 solved the issue for me. Weather back to normal.

Yup same here. It was updating fine until a couple days ago.
