My 6X is not allowing me to add a second ConnectIQ data field to my data screen. I only have Stryd power at the moment but despite removing everything else it won’t allow me to add another. Tried a soft reset with no luck. Anybody else having this issue?

The issue occurs from time to time.
It is extremely annoying but it has been a problem for the last 2 years I've owned Garmin Fenix series so either Garmin do not care or they are unable to fix.

i have deleted manually all screens (after saving a picture of each of them). It did not change anything. The last screen with 6 fields was change to 6 times the timer, it cannot be deleted.
i have reset to default trail run. In vain. Still 1/2 added custom field
