White circle in the screen

Hello,

I just buy a fenix 6 47mm and a white circle is in the right sise of the screen.

The watch is new, I just use it for 2 day.

If any one else have the same problem please tell me what you do.

Thanks

This is a very big and very common problem with the FR 245. Many people having this defect on different forums, but I have never read about any other devices. One of the reason I sold the F245, I don't want a broken watch. Just bought a Fenix 6 Pro Solar with a black display backlight, I don't want to have it swapped because of this defect.

Hello Zange. Do you think this issue will not appear on the 6 Pro Solar? I am thinking what model to choose. And until today I was for 6 Sapphire. But now I don't know. Thanks

Same thing happened to my Fenix 6 Pro today, weird thing is the spot looks almost identical to yours, and it's on the exact same location. Sending it back as mine is only 10 months old and still under a limited warranty, hope the limited warranty covers this.

  • In the couple dozen times I've seen this happen to people, the spots are always the same size and shape, and always seem to appear in one of 4 specific places on the screen: 11 o'clock, 1 o'clock, 4 o'clock, or 7 o'clock. I'm guessing it's caused by a broken wire connection to the screen - the position it appears, depends on which wire is broken. In any case, it's a defect that can only be fixed by Garmin, and it is covered by the warranty. Contact them directly if you don't have any luck getting a replacement from your seller.

  • I use the warranty and garmin change the watch

  • My claim was rejected in Slovakia with Garmin :-)

  • Please note, if your Fenix 6 series display fails in any matter that was not caused by physical damage, your watch will be covered under your warranty period.
