Fenix 6 Pro No Longer Pairing to iPhone

In the last week, I noticed my Fenix 6 was no longer pairing to my iPhone, however it remained connected. This meant I would get notifications (texts / phone calls) and my phone indicated it was connected via Bluetooth, but whenever I tried to sync it to my phone in the Garmin Connect App, it indicated the sync timed out as the watch was busy and I should try again later.

I've perused the Garmin forums and other online support forms and tried the below suggestions:

Unfortunately, no troubleshooting has fixed it and I can no longer pair my watch data to my Garmin Connect App. I've included a screenshot of the last step I get to as it fails.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
