Hey guys, first I want to say Thank You to everyone for all of the extensive testing and troubleshooting you have done. I have been adding these details and they will be helpful in resolving this battery…
Hey guys, I have contacted several of you to gather information and get you added to the case. If there is anyone experiencing this issue that has not been contacted then please send me a private message…
Hey guys, I checked the 6 pro I have and the percentage drain per hour is usually around .3 if I haven't done anything except leave it on my wrist, that can vary though if the backlight has been on a lot…
Same case here since 8.10
Elevate looks more consistant (less blinking) than vibrating pulse since Sensor Hub 5.05 and a little more with 5.06 (without possibility to stepback)
Fenix 6X Pro, full reset (2 time) on 8.10 update, no CIQ app nor Watchface. Just nude firmware, and battery concuption is about twice a day.
Which version were you on before 8.10.
Anyone please state the version that had better battery results before 8.10 - it may give the garmin guys a clue...
I've updated from 6.10, and do not see any severe change in battery drain. 0,292 %/h with 24/7 BT and OHR, 10 hours per week GPS and ANT sensor workouts. The battery is charged every 13th day.
It seems like the battery usage per hour is not the same from 100% to 85% compared how it is from 85 to 50%. Also at 100% and if you leave the watch for a while to make sure it charge fully the battery drops to 90% very fast ! The hourly usage from 100 to 9x% is more than 1,5%.
after update 0,5 per hour.
From 20 days without sport am on 6 days.
Any solution from Garmin?
Or Garmin makes death man?
Helped?
Garmin told me, that they didn't receive any complaints about this battery drain issue on 8.10.
Please where to complain on international level?
Czech support doesn't react.
I just logged a ticket with Garmin NL via email.
I had to send my watch to garmin service. Even I am quite sure it is SW issue I dont want to destroy battery at the beginig of the watch live.
Hey guys, I checked the 6 pro I have and the percentage drain per hour is usually around .3 if I haven't done anything except leave it on my wrist, that can vary though if the backlight has been on a lot or I've checked PulseOx etc. It still looks like it will get around 12-13 days of battery life on 8.10 with no activities recorded.
Everyone who is having battery drain issues please try restarting your watch by holding down your top left power button until it shuts off, then let go of the button, and power it back on again. Charge your watch to 100% and monitor the battery estimate reading over the next few days.
Aagar I am going to send you a private message as your case seems fairly extreme.
