For activities like cyclists, my Fenix only shows the right pulse when I start an activity on the watch. If I don't do this, the pulse will remain 40-50 beats below the actual pulse.

I have noticed the same problem when I'm indoor I'm peddling away and the watch is showing my heart rate at a lot lower than it actually is. Verified by using other heart rate monitors at the same time.

Just curious, why should we report findings to beta-team if issues are on official software? Can they be reached better?
So, this test is starting an activity and also mine watch doing this test is perfect. Could you try to do the same without starting an activity at all? You will have the pant and see what will happen about HR ;)
