Garmin support doesn't answer for mails. What SLA have Garmin for F6x?

I have issue with LTHR.

My Garmin fenix 6x didn't detect yet LTHR.

Always after LTHR test i have message fail test.

Could you please tell me how long the usually Garmin answer for your mails?

This question is too old customers for more than 5 years because I feel if you are new so reaction garmin support is very fast.

If you are an old customer they totally ignore.

I think most people have more success in reaching Garmin Support over the phone than they do via email.

First mail they don't answer 3 months ago - 2019 Dec

Now I sent 29 Feb 2020 and 3 MArch 2020.

Still nothing

I’m in Australia. I recently had an issue with my wife’s Fenix 5S which was out of warranty. I contacted the support email which was answered in less than 12 hrs. They transferred my case to Garmin Australia and the watch was replaced in less than 10 days, including the time taken for me to send the original back.
