Bluetooth connection is bad when running

Are you sure you are speaking about Garmin Instinct (that's the forum you are posting to)? Garmin Instinct does not play music, so if you use earphones and Spotify with Instinct, you must be connected directly to the phone. In that case it looks more like a problem of the BT throughput of your phone. If you want to listen music on your phone, and find that the connection of Instinct with the Garmin Connect app reduces the throughput too much, simply force Garmin Connect to close during the run, and sync only once you finished the activity.

Make sure your headphones are not paired as a footpod sensor. See this thread that is also marked as a sticky at the top of the fenix 6 forum.
