My new Fenix 6 Sapphire wont connect to any device

Hi!
Got my new Fenix 6 sapphire today but it wont connect to my phone or computer, also tested my girlfriends Iphone but no luck there either.
On my phone its starts to connecting with Garmin connect and I enter the 6-digit code but shortly after it fails.
I plugged it to my computer and though I maybe need to update the firmware but there is says the it cant connect to the servers.
I have restarted both my phone and garmin, factory reset my fenix, cleared cache on my samsung s10e and everything I found on Internet, it wont work.
Hope anyone can understand this English and could help.

    Same issue here - getting an information about the estimated fix would be highly helpful to calm down the nerves. Are they even working today to fix it? Or can we expect the fix earliest tomorrow? Then I could stop tying to pair the watch every 15 minutes...

    Garmin seriously needs to improve the quality management of their servers and syncing method, especially when updating software. It is not the first watch which has issues in getting the sync working properly. This is not acceptable for the high cost of Garmin devices.

    Hi all!

    I bought a brand new Fenix 6 Sapphire two days ago and was unatble to pair data with Garmin App (Android 9). The watch did connect with the phone at the firt attempt, introduced 6 digit code and paired, the error message from the app ("coupling failed" & "setup error") and unable to connect with Garmin Express too ("servers unavailable"). I returned the watch to the dealer and bought a new one, but I have the same problem: bluetooth connection OK, garmin app&garmin express wath recognition OK, data synchronization FAILED in the app and "Garmin Servers unavailable" in the laptop.

    No problem with other Garmin devices as an old vivosmart HR (app connection). I have heard a friend talking about a similar problem with a Forerunner 245 Music previously paired and working fine.

    I have understood that Garmin have noticed this issue and they are working on it, am I right?

    exactly my case. So let's wait for Garmin to reproduce the issue in their backend systems...

    Can’t add my F6 Sapphire with Iphone 11 Pro, Iphone X, and Android and Windows 10 to! With Iphone I am connect via Bluetooth, receive call, messages etc., but can’t finished GConnect process! Windows 10 say “Server busy”! Try Android to! What next?

    I returned my F6 Saphire and picked up a 6X...no issues pairing with Connect.....go figure..
