My new Fenix 6 Sapphire wont connect to any device

Hi!
Got my new Fenix 6 sapphire today but it wont connect to my phone or computer, also tested my girlfriends Iphone but no luck there either.
On my phone its starts to connecting with Garmin connect and I enter the 6-digit code but shortly after it fails.
I plugged it to my computer and though I maybe need to update the firmware but there is says the it cant connect to the servers.
I have restarted both my phone and garmin, factory reset my fenix, cleared cache on my samsung s10e and everything I found on Internet, it wont work.
Hope anyone can understand this English and could help.

    Same issue with 6 pro sapphire connecting to pixel 3XL, do we have an ETA on the debug yet?

    I am having the same issue as well. This is frustrating after purchasing the watch yesterday and I still can't connect to my phone.

    me and many people more have the same problem as u do...its also beeing discussed in garmin forums all over the world...

    i think the only thing we can do is to wait :(

    Guys hurry up. This Clock kost about 900€ and i can do nothing with it..... Thats not funny.... I not buying a Porsche an left it in the Garage .... on the first day with it is delivered.... !!!!!

    I am experiencing the exact same issue and followed same process as original post before reading this thread...Will not connect to any device. iPhone 8, iPhone X, PC.  Shows connected under Bluetooth settings in phone, in connect app it doesn’t even register. I went so far as to even remove my other garmin devices from the connect app thinking maybe it was a priority issue, and nothing works.

    I am extremely disappointed. I may go return my F6 Sapphire and buy a new Apple Watch with cellular. Then at least I know it’s reliable and I won’t have to deal with this clunky app. Honestly expected more from Garmin...

    Same issue following for answers disappointed I cant use my watch. Hope they fix it soon

    Same issue here, will not connect to Garmin Connect, @Garmin will you update us as to the ETA of a fix please.
