Sleep not being recorded.

Hi AnnePilks; I first reset my watch as you did but had no joy, then I recorded a walk activity - waited until had green GPS connection, then after a while the WHR started again. Has happened twice now, but this did cure it. I also turned off battery saver during sleep. I am on 5.1 as have an Asia version of 6s Pro Sapphire. 

Fenix 6 is about a week old.  Will not record sleep. No data recorded. Power Saver is OFF. Same with Pulse OX.  Any ideas?

Check that your wrist heart rate is active. You can have Battery Saver on but you need to edit it to ensure WHR is on.

My heart rate in the app is working and active.  Or are you asking for something else?  (How do you turn WHR on/off?)

Settings, Sensors and Accessories to turn it on/off. If you use Battery Saver mode overnight I believe the default is WHR off. You'd need to edit that mode to turn WHR on - Settings, Power Manager, Battery Saver, Edit

That's in Sensors and Accessories. Are you using Battery Saver at night?

No Battery Saver is OFF all the time.

It shouldn't matter which watch face you have. One thought. Are you referring to the new sleep tracking on the watch?

Have you checked the status of your Sensor Hub?
