I have recently bought Garmin Fenix 6 Pro Sapphire and Titanium Edition watch. I get a lot of emails and I do not like the vibration on my wrist. I had the Tone and Vibrations turned off and it was working fine. Watch got auto updated to V5 one night and now I am not able to disable the vibration for any kind of alerts. I have tried every method of turning off the vibration, both from phone and from watch but no positive results. Called the Garmin support and Seller and they recommended to turn on the Do Not Disturb mode, which to me seems like a pathetic service. Seriously, after spending around 900 dollars on one of the most expensive training watch, you wouldn't expect these kind of trivial issues. I have also did a soft reset and factory reset but still not able to turn off the vibration on alerts. Vibration is off in settings but I get vibration on all alerts. Is anyone else is also facing this issue after upgrading to V5? May be if enough people make some noise then Garmin would release a patch early.
