Fenix 6 - On Order with Clever Training UK?

Was wondering if anyone else has a Fenix 6 on order with Clever Training UK?

Their web site indicated delivery early September but we're now nearing the end of week three of the month and whilst they were happy to take payment for the watch immediately, the watch is still undelivered.

Has anyone else had better success with them?

After placing the order and experiencing the delay I Googled reviews for the business and their Trust Pilot reviews are less than stellar and it is giving me pause for thought.

My intro to them was via DC Rainmaker, who's reviews, videos and blog I really enjoy and find useful.

And, as if by serendipity, I just had an email saying my Ti Sapphire Pro has shipped!

I guess they must have taken a shipment in today!

Better check the shop conditions - these are dictated by consumer laws, and 2y is minimum you get in (continental) EU

... If warranty is not an issue to you - it may be to the person you will want to sell your watch after 1.5 years....
Garmin releases new models each year - so if you will want an upgrade - your existing watch will have better resell value if within waranty... pure maths...

In 1.5 years it will be old tech, with Garmin having brought out the F6+ with greatly improved solar across the entire range ;)

Again, horses for courses but I tend to keep my previous watch as back-up, so for me, resale isn't a motivator.

As an aside, I've just called their customer service line; which now defaults to voicemail. Fair enough, it as 17:15 on a Friday... perhaps they close at 5:00?

....voice mail message: "Thank you for calling, our office hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 8:00pm"
