First time ordering on garmin.com - a DLC Sapphire F6 a week ago, at which point “Processing Time” was 1-3 days. It still hasn’t shipped and now the product page shows 1-2 weeks. Have others had similar issues?

Guessing the 1-3 days was an estimate, but at some point shortly after you ordered it the estimate got revised to 1-2 weeks. If you really need it soon, you could always cancel the order (I think?) and…
Same thing happened to me! On sept 25, i ordered the Fenix 6x Saphire. At the time it said 7-10 days processing time...not a huge deal. Well then i realized card was charged, but never received watch,…
I Have ordered a Garmin Fenix 6x Pro Solar in August when it was available to order, now they have zero stock and cant say when it will be available nearly 3 months.
I have called and complained and they…
Can someone update, what's going on with the delays? Is it manufacturing related or something else?
In EU availability of Fenix 6x Sapphire seems quite limited. Dealer in my home country and some other larger websites from where I have usually ordered show January 2020 as delivery date. Few weeks ago it was end of November, but now it's January 2020.
I have ordered the solar version from here, with 15% discount secured, for delivery (and billing) in January. I am happy to wait if it means that problems such as display and backlight quality have been addressed. It also gives me several weeks to reconsider my choice, while locking in the tidy discount.
Discount code is freely advertised on the site - BLACKTAG. I do not know when it expires.
Hi
If I counted correctly You will pay about 10115 swedish kronor with 15% discount, here You have it for 8267 swedish kronor www.klockia.se/garmin-fenix-6x---pro-solar-version-51mm-010-02157-21
Thanks for the suggestion. They convert to GBP as £681.38 + delivery (almost £20), so pretty much £700 compared to my £721 inclusive.
For sure a good price for local purchase, but the overall difference for me will be maybe £20 and for that I am happy to buy locally for easier (free) returns and support. I am in no doubt that I will reject the watch if the display and other functions are not up to my expectations. Local purchase keeps things stress free.
I think 1 to 3 days was just estimate arrival. Mine took 2 weeks and i use BRI international parcel delivery since i live in Australia. I hope you get it earlier to watch it because it is so worth it. You can send them message or at least let them know that you want update on your delivery.
I ordered an Index scale back in February. It had a 1-3 week lead time, and shipped right within that window, about 10 days after I placed the order.
Now it's been in FedEx's system for the last month. "Failed delivery attempts", package reroutes, at one point it got rerouted all the way back to Garmin before being turned around and sent back to me... they claim it's on the vehicle for delivery (again) today, we'll see what happens, but I'm not holding my breath. None of that is Garmin's fault though, obviously.
Point is, things are really messed up right now, and it's nearly impossible to get anything in a timely manner, whether from Garmin or from anyone else. If it's not shipping delays, it's manufacturing delays, or shipping delays from the factory to the distributor.
Times are tough right now, we're all going to have to be patient for a while.
Even Amazon (the kings of 1 or 2 day deliveries), are taking MUCH longer to delivery orders right now. Just about everything I order online lately is taking 3-4 times longer than normal to arrive, or longer.
I ordered some "in stock" power supplies for a critical project at work 6 weeks ago, and I still don't have them yet. It sucks, but that's life right now, can't do much about it other than try to relax
Well, story is still the same folks, not much has changed, ordered the watch, nothing was displayed on the checkout screens about it not being in stock, expect 8-10 days for delivery and we have COVID-19 woes, etc etc. Checked order status 7 days later no change, 14 days later no change. Ok time for a call, they have no idea where the watch is “but it has to move from the main distribution centre, please wait a week”, ok, no problem-o I’m pretty easy goin’. 7 days go by, nothing. Second call, “oh there is no stock at any distribution centre”, expecting next shipment in August.... lol They took the money just fine tho. Now I’m just gonna wait to see if they can even come through with their own product, ‘cause I’m curious like that. If you’re not patient and want your stuff right away, you might not want to order through the company themselves.... lol Good luck, hope you get to read this before you order.
I ordered a quatix 6 on 7 Dec with it claimed to be in stock.. 4 weeks later it hasn't been dispatched.. Rung /chatted 3 times.. Each time promised a new delivery arriving next couple of days. One thing has struck me... I am persistently asked if I want to cancel my order.. The answer is no but I feel there is pressure to do so to solve some undeclared pipeline issue
