I bought two fenix 6’s today, both are the Carbon grey DLC coated with sapphire glass.
Have a look at these photos, my wife's is on the left hand side and mine the right. Her looks very yellow compared to mine which looks far crisper and sharper. Both have backlight set to 50%.
Any thoughts on if there’s a setting other than backlight that could cause this before I go back to the shop where I bought them?
Two Fenix 6 Sapphire. Right one bought in Czech rep, left one bought in Germany. Same backlight %. Totally different. 
Amusing for you maybe. Not so amusing for people stuck with blue watches.
and the Fenix being a tool for serious athletes is no excuse for shoddy craftsmanship and/or poor quality control.
NO the watch backlit lighting is not adjustable to make two watches appear the same color based on different brightness levels. This has been mentioned MANY times .. The issue is a dramatic difference…
Just bought my F6X Sapphire, S/N: 63413XXXX screen is perfect black, not blue-ish whites or wash out blacks. Viewing angles are almost perfect, like IPS or AMOLED. Brightness was at 50%, is not super bright even at 100% but I rather have this than the blue-ish screen.
Very happy with it, the buttons are very clicky and is very light. Looks big on my wrist but is not uncomfortable.
SN 63427 This looks TONS better than my 63402 that I initially bought but now im getting paranoid.
The viewing angle on the 3rd picture is fine but is it too washed out?
In person the watch face looks even darker. However my first 6x was not a sapphire.
