Installing maps on fenix 6 fails

Hi, I have a strange issue. All updates seem to have worked and the map Coverage updates all installed without issue. Only the TopoActive Europe 2019.10 won't install always giving error installing update. I have tried Garmin Express on Mac (main computer) and Windows even reinstalled Garmin express and reset fenix 6 to factory defaults. Nothing seem to work to install the updated map. See picture

Any one suggestions or the solution?

I have raised a ticket with Garmin Support and sent all the files that they asked for. Waiting to hear back from them.

I have the same thing - annoying, the Africa map is my main one. With 16% of the download left, it fails.

Try to uninstall the topo maps already at the watch (be sure to be backed up before). Then You could download again with express.

I installed the new topo active maps today without any problem. Do you use a usb hub?

No, a direct connection. Other updates succeeded. Whereas this one failed. Tried 2 different laptops.

Ok, i asked, because i know that using usb hubs could cause this problem. If uninstall and download again doesn’t help, if have no idea whats going on.

This is bizarre, Garmin Express is connected to my device even though the device is switched off and disconnected from my laptop. I have deleted the device, removed and reinstalled Garmin Express, and added the device back in, same issue

We all are trying workarounds which is time consuming - this is a Garmin issue - we paid premium money for a premium product. I have logged a call with them - hopefully they respond and I will share then

When its a Garmin issue, why did i installed 2019.20 yesterday without any problems?
