I've had this happen twice, and each time only a restart fixed it. In all screens where a map is shown (outdoor workout, weather widget with RADAR, sunrise/sunset widget screen that shows sun arc) the map gets corrupted. Anyone else seen this?

Updated November 7th, 2023:
Our engineering team continues to work on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Workaround: (Might only temporarily resolve the issue until fully resolved with a new software…
I also got this view of corrupted maps in all the activities I'm doing (bike, run, hike)
Same thing happened to me. Resarted epix pro 51mm and it is working again
Never mind. It's still doing it with ski maps enabled, although not daily anymore.
I still have the same problem with corrupt maps on my Epix Pro 51mm. When the maps are corrupted the restart solves ot but only temporary. After few days it is corrupted again. I have restarted watch many different ways and updated maps to latest via Garmin Express. Is there a solution yet for this Garmin - Chris@Garmin - Chris ?
I’ve been having the same problem. A restart temporarily fixes it, then get either a frozen map screen or a corrupted one. Epix 2 Sapphire non-pro.
I can't believe this still hasn't been fixed after 3 months. Very disappointing.
RandyPenn1 It is a frustrating issue. Our engineering team continues to look for the cause to get it resolved.
It hasn't been fixed from my perspective - I only reboot to perform the workaround, which is effective. I know software is complex, and I also know this is your flagship watch.
I hope this recent update (7 September) fixes it
It doesn't.
That’s a drag.
Epic pro 47 here: same problems. Restart doesn't fix it. Maps reinstalled, latest update...still not working,,,
